Define Component

This command defines a setup component which will be visible in dialog boxes that display available application features.

Component Name

Enter the name for the component here. Specify subcomponents of parent components using the \ character, much as you would specify subfolders of a parent folder. Note that parent components also need to be explicitly defined if you wish them to respond to user selections.

Component is Initially Selected

Check this checkbox if the component should be selected by default.

Component Description

Enter a multi-line description of your component here. Press CTRL+ENTER for a line break. This information will be visible in dialog boxes that display available application feature descriptions.
