Is it possible to find the merge modules for:

MS SQL Express 2014 x86
MS SQL Express 2014 x64

those runtimes are included in IA 18 ... anyway, if you specifically need them as merge modules format, you should verify their availability from Microsoft directly ( ... honestly, I don't think they supply those runtimes as merge modules ) .
