I am new but have been taking much time to become accustomed. One big question though, is there a way to run a variable command to see what information it produces. For example:
Set Variable CallingPath to ""
Get INI $Windir$\johndoe.ini, [Global] CallingPath Value into Variable CallingPath
Set Variable CallingPath to $CallingPath$
So, with (Get INI $Windir$\johndoe.ini, [Global] CallingPath Value into Variable CallingPath) this in mind, is there a way to see what this command produces? It would really help us ensure we are coding what we need correctly. Any help would be great and thanks for everyones time to read this!

You really don't need that last line there. The previous statement will already have updated the variable for you. I am not sure what you are asking, but you can always figure out what value the variable holds using the debugger and/or displaying the age old MessageBox

Awesome, that was exactly what I needed. Also, thanks for the info on that last line.
Re: Showing information gathered by variable?
I now have another question regarding your answer. I see how messagebox works, but am still working on debug mode.
I have my script going through debug and it doesn't find any errors but it doesn't show me the value for the variable, what might I be missing? Does it write a log file? Just wondering where I find the variable values when using debug mode? Thanks again,
Brandon

Thanks Michael, no I did not. Where would I find it, I have been looking for it for about 30 minutes this morning.
Do you happen to know of any books about your software that are available for purchase? Thanks
