Code signing not working in batch build

the code signing is working correct when I build from IA IDE, but if I build from command line then I get an error.
I am using pfx certificate file.

Dear Alibaba,

I don't think the problem can be related with the certificate file type.

A question, does it happens if you try to sign a new dummy project created from scratch?
