Why won't Copy / Move Local File work for you? Are you recursing subdirectories?

This fix is available only from the online license generator, that's why I said in the post:

The fix is live - just regenerate and reinstall your license, and rebuild your setups to validate.

This has already been fixed - regenerate, and reinstall your license; then rebuild. The problem should go away.
